Chin up holds (Checkmark)

3 sets, 3 reps.

  • 1 rep: 5 sec. hold at lower ⅓.
  • 2.rep: 5 sec. hold at ½.
  • 3.rep: 5 sec. hold at top.

Use different bands or weights for the different positions.

For example:

  • If you can hold at top for 15'' without band, but not at lower third, use bands in the lower third position.

20'AMRAP: (AMRAP - Rounds)

17'AMRAP: 10-15-20-25-….

  • Sit ups.
  • Goblet squats.
  • Box jumps.

Remaining 3' for time:

  • 60 push ups.
